The Grand Hotel Monto respects your privacy. Some features of the site - the email signup and enquiry form - are still being connected, so for now they display a confirmation only and do not store or transmit your details. This policy explains how the site handles personal information as those features come online.

Information we collect

• Contact details you provide via the enquiry form (name, email, message).
• Order details at checkout (name, delivery address, items, contact details), once the shop is open.
• Email address if you join the merch/news list.

How we use it

• To respond to enquiries and fulfil and update you about orders.
• To send merch-drop and news updates if you opt in (with an unsubscribe link).
• Order details may be shared with our garment supplier and shipping carrier solely to fulfil your order.

Payments

When the online shop opens, card payments are handled by the ecommerce platform's secure payment processor. The Grand does not store full card numbers.
