These terms cover use of the Grand Hotel Monto website and online shop. By using the site you agree to them.

Online shop

Our online shop is opening soon. Until it does, the product ranges, prices, dates and availability shown are indicative, are not offers for sale, and no orders or card payments are processed on the site. Pre-orders in the meantime are arranged directly with the Grand.

Pricing (live shop)

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
• The $60 community shirt price referenced in our Facebook post is a launch/pre-order price and may differ from permanent retail pricing.
• Shipping is generally charged separately unless stated otherwise.

Pre-orders

• Pre-order items are produced after the order cut-off and have longer lead times than in-stock items.
• Decorated/custom items may have limited exchange options.
• Estimated production and dispatch dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Branded garments

Ringers Western, Just Country and any other named brands remain the property of their respective owners. Resale and decoration of branded garments online is subject to supplier and brand terms, which the Grand confirms before selling broadly.

Alcohol & licensing

The online shop is for merchandise (clothing and accessories). Any future online sale of alcohol, accommodation, gift cards or age-restricted promotions is subject to separate legal and licensing requirements.
