Shipping options

• Local pickup at the Grand - the lowest-cost option and the fastest for pre-orders.
• Australia-wide shipping - charged separately at checkout via Australia Post / MyPost Business.
• International shipping - not offered for now. The shop ships within Australia only until international is switched on.

Pre-order timeframes

The shop runs as a timed pre-order. Orders are collected until the published cut-off, then sent to our local supplier as a batch. After the cut-off we email your production estimate and a pickup-ready or dispatch date. Pre-order items take longer than in-stock items - the timeline is shown on each product page.

Order status

• Pre-order open → Orders close → In production → Ready for pickup / Shipped → Completed.
• You'll receive automated email updates at each stage.

Returns & exchanges

• Incorrect or damaged items are replaced - contact us with your order details and a photo.
• Size exchanges depend on stock availability, especially for pre-order and decorated items.
• Decorated/custom items (embroidery or print) may have limited exchange options - please check the size guide before ordering.
